Rebate Terms & Conditions: App Download and Thermostat Connection

These Rebate Terms and Conditions ("Terms") outline the eligibility criteria and guidelines for participants ("Participants") to qualify for a rebate by downloading the Argonaut mobile application ("App"), connecting their thermostat, and submitting a receipt via email. By participating in this rebate program, Participants agree to abide by these Terms.

Eligibility:

1. Participants must be legal residents of the eligible geographic area as specified in the program materials.

2. Participants must be 18 years of age or older.

3. Participants must have a compatible thermostat that is eligible for connection to the Argonaut App.

4. Employees, agents, representatives, or affiliates of Argonaut including their immediate family members, are not eligible to participate in this rebate program.

5. Participants must keep thermostat connected to the Argonaut app for a period of at least 90-days.

Rebate Process:

1. App Download: Participants must download the Argonaut App from the official app store and install it on their compatible mobile device.

2. Thermostat Connection: Participants must create an account within the App and follow the provided instructions to successfully connect their eligible thermostat to the App. It is the Participant's responsibility to ensure that the thermostat is compatible and successfully connected.

3. Payment: Once the thermostat is successfully connected, Argonaut will issue payment via Venmo to the email account registered. If you wish to receive payment via Zelle or another method, we will try to accommodate you but make no guarantee or representation that we can fulfill payment. Please email info@argonaut.energy with subject line: “Rebate Payment Request” if you wish to receive payment via a method OTHER THAN Venmo.

Rebate Eligibility and Disbursement:

1. Rebate requests will be processed within five business days after receipt submission.

2. Rebate eligibility is subject to verification. Inaccurate or incomplete information may result in disqualification.

3. Participants who meet all eligibility requirements will receive a rebate in the form of payment via Venmo or Zelle.

4. Rebates are non-transferable.

General Terms:

1. Argonaut Energy Technologies Inc. reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this rebate program at any time without prior notice.

2. Participants agree to comply with all federal, state, and local laws and regulations.

3. By participating, Participants grant Argonaut Energy Technologies Inc. the right to use their name, likeness, and submitted materials for promotional purposes without further compensation.

4. Argonaut Energy Technologies Inc. is not responsible for lost, late, illegible, incomplete, or misdirected emails or receipts.

5. Participants release Argonaut Energy Technologies Inc. from any and all liability related to this rebate program.

By participating in this rebate program, Participants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the Participants and Argonaut Energy Technologies Inc. regarding the rebate program.
